We had a wonderful, relaxing week at Julie & Marc's. Their home is in a beautiful, peaceful spot away from the crowds, but with all modern conveniences. Their food was incredible and their company and conversation made this holiday a real treat, like staying with great friends. We didn't have a car, but we went there to unwind & relax. Julie & Marc also kindly took us to the beach and into Loulé a few times. If you're looking to visit the surrounding area everyday a car would be a good idea, but Uber worked for us, so not essential. We're already missing being looked after, visits from the two cats and falling asleep to the sound of crickets. We will definitely be visiting again. Em & Stu, London
